Our policy: No refunds, except where required by law. Cancellation does not refund fees lawfully earned for fully completed services. This policy does not authorize advance charges for credit repair or waive mandatory cancellation or refund rights.
Your cancellation rights. You may cancel a credit repair contract without penalty or obligation at any time before midnight of the third business day after signing it. Any additional cancellation and refund rights under applicable state law also remain in effect. Credit monitoring and current reports. All credit repair services require an active paid credit monitoring subscription at $47/month, separate from your service fees. Maintain monitoring throughout your service; monitoring is cancelled once your file is complete. Without usable current reports, we cannot start or continue reviewing your file, preparing disputes, or evaluating progress. If monitoring or report access expires, is canceled, or becomes unavailable, work will pause until active monitoring and current report access are restored. A pause may delay service. Credit score increases, deletions, approvals, and completion dates are not guaranteed.
Services begin only after the required agreement, documents, and current report access are in place and applicable cancellation waiting periods have passed.
